Logged on at 9:40 AM this morning, and apparently, all auctions ended overnight! The only item on there was an Astral Spline that Cristiona placed there and then.

And apparently the Silver Star I had listed with a 525,000 buyout was sold for 11,000. Uh, how the heck did that happen?

It seems that the AH decided to up and end all active auctions at some point in time, for whatever the price currently was.

I blame Satan.

I'm not sure what happened, but I haven't changed the code in any significant way in quite a while, so my best guess is there was a momentary issue with the server clock. I'll keep looking into it.

The unfortunate thing is, it's going to be very difficult or near impossible to attempt to undo the damage done. Best I can say is, if you were the seller of something very valuable and lost a ton of money due to the error, let me know and I'll try to make up for it.

My theory is supported by a chat message inserted with a timestamp of year 2034. Something must have blipped badly on the server clock.

I blame the server administrators. And your clock. And their inability to fix it. >.>

By the way, Blink, it was YOUR message that was set in 2034. Any explanations for that?

I did say it was you, didn't I? You had a message along the lines of "sure is quiet" that would fire every time someone logged in.

I don't hold you responsible for the server clock going 25 years into the future...yet.
