Changed caffeine so that all types have at least a little variation in returns. Most of them have small ranges (27-33 for all the base coffees, for instance, instead of a fixed 30). In all cases but one the average is exactly the same as before.
The one exception is the white pill, which was reduced a bit.
On the plus side, a few consumables now give you a few extra stats of one kind or the other: large and small hyper-c, buzzing dew, and the pep-up pill.
Expect something very similar to apply to sugar in the near future.
