I'll take part in this at some point. Just gotta figure out what class I'd do it in.

Edit: screw it, I'll just go Elemental.

I'm terrible at this game.

Days This Run: 6
Time Played This Run: 2d 6h 32m 50s (54h 32m 50s)

Elemental was probably not a good choice.

That is why I'm not even trying this contest. My times would be worse than Cris, and I'd be trying really hard to be fast.

I'll have a go, but I'm sure I won't be able to match the 6 days set so far :)

Day 1:
Went naturalist for tame. Sadly forgot lack of healing ability <facepalm>
Went ok, got to level 4, kept getting beaten up so spent a lot of time resting.
Sadly only had 2 gold foil from previous run (I play this game on easy) so sold both to afford training.

Day 2:
Got to level 6. Spent a lot of time trying to get computer components (memory tube). Then when decrypting my card, trying to get mangled data plates, just got memory tubes and no data plates. Sigh.
Decided to try and get the harbour pearl as I knew I would get beaten up a lot underwater otherwise. Finally dropped on one of my last few turns of the day.
Also got a seventh of nine, but sold all my gold foil :(

Day 3:
Got to level 8, beat Livia Frostheim and got through to inner sanctum.

Day 4:
Got to level 10, now looking for survivors in the elco hoist labs.

Day 5:
Got to NCI, but damn combat paperclip won't drop. Have an excess of mops and throwing pens though. At least I'm likely to match the 6 day runs so far, which is faster than I expected.

Day 6:
Managed it in 6 days! Woo!
6 days
50h 43m 30s

Much faster than I thought I could :)

Wow! That's 4 places higher than I thought I'd be when I started.

Congrats Shiney! There isn't much difference in the rest of the four of our times, but to do it a whole day and 5 h faster?? Even if I'd maxed out gold foil beforehand and had luck with RNG I stil can't see how I could've even got close!

Thanks for running the comp mara!
