Any truly serious bugs--broken pages, infinite chips bugs, item duplication bugs, security holes, and other ways to abuse the game--should NEVER be reported in public. Please report them immediately through the in-game bug report. (If the issue is that you can't log in, you can use the contact form that's available from the home page.)

Do not leave a serious bug unreported in order to mess around with it or "test it thoroughly." If it looks like you're cheating, we're not going to be very happy about it.
