Since it's not obvious from sidekick skills what they do, here's this month's abilities:

- increased chips drop
- restores PP at the end of some fights
- delevels during combat sometimes (mid-combat delevels do not reduce XP of the foe)

And to be even more accurate:

Chips drop seemed to be only after won fights, not after non-combats (like all sidekicks)
Seems to restore PP not only after fights, but also after non-combats. I have yet to get a PP restoration after a lost fight though.

I'm guessing the Noble's PP restore works much like the judo kid gloves. Those have always restored after a non-combat if you hit that percentage chance of it firing off.
