This is (or maybe was) a feasible task. I've personally encountered every UR besides Dr. Park atleast once. Some of those encounters took over a year to find, some a few months, one in a single day of looking >.>

Removing the non-combat from the script makes it stop automatically selecting something, so that you have to do it manually. To those using the store search links script, Ryme implemented the feature in game, so that script is now worthless and should be uninstalled since it breaks Ryme's implementation.

When first starting a run with naturally hyper, my bedtime was display as 10 PM. After I leveled up, I saw 12 AM. It's possible at some point 10 PM had changed to 11 PM and I didn't notice, but the initial display definitely doesn't include the naturally hyper hour.

I figured out why I couldn't register my shop name I wanted. If you press enter instead of clicking the button, it just says there's something wrong with your paperwork.

I would recommend using a regular computer or finding a browser for the PSP which can run chat.
