The thing about the hedge slammer, is that the enemy which drops it appears on alternate days.

I don't know if y'all have ever heard of Pokemon Crater? (Or something of the sort; my brother plays occasionally and I don't much care.) The variety of items that exist already more or less prevent the existence of a comprehensive table. The most you could probably do is expand the "items by ID" page to include a bit more information.
