Do it a few dozen times, and you'll remember the choice groups so well that even after 4 months you get them right.

You get 1 extra XP point for every 2 points of Foe Toughness, if I remember correctly. Good for power leveling through retcons, not good for new players who don't have all the gear they need to withstand all the extra damage enemies are doing.

Axe Hero is a prismatic item. Not sure what you're looking at, but it gives random effects at the end of turns just like every other prismatic.
