Psions are the most powerful class. They have +xp, extra time, +defense, and they do more damage consistently then any other class. Satan is hitting for 250 at level 53. What is the point of pointless merit badges? These are merit badges we are talking about. They should be arduous to achieve. They show distinction. At least the diamondy ones. Chipsink ones are just stupid.

Have you thought about making certain weapon types have advantages in one area, but possible disadvantages in another? Like, hidden bonuses due to the terrain of the area (urban, volcano, etc.), the time of day, etc. etc.

Ryme won't require IotMs as part of the game, only to help it.

The new items are rebalancing from the Aegis, and they are actually pretty good, considering how much stats help with the early game.
