It seems that there is now a new bug (unless it is intentional) in the PP return mechanism. When using a plain physical (no added ice/fire/acid etc damage) attack on the 'buzzing swarm' I noticed that I was getting 2-3 PP returned to me while only dealing 1 damage. Nope, still a bug. The Ebon Eye is returning 1pp per attack regardless of the damage done instead of 5%. I was on the Rooftops and happened to notice the reduced return on my Khal Thralkhar Toon.
