... The force gloves are a good start for the elemental resistance; it's not a lot, but every bit helps. Many people sing the praises of Webbed Sand for its (possible) weakening effect and its stun. You also might consider hunting down some powdered gingko from Yang Street for the +20 defense.

Two typos fell in the latest manual update, in the retcon page, last FAQ:

grey sand - the item is called gray sand (or the spoonerism fails)
Frostheim key car - a "d" missing
