Resting with the heart gives less XP at lower levels. Also, asking around...apparently the items you make in a restricted run DON'T cost pulls, rather you're limited in what you can create based on the current day of the run. ...

Well, clearly I should have been resting - the PP from the wigwam more than paid for using Trample against everyone, even the Mick went down in 4 rounds (2 successful hits and 2 misses with Rhino).

Honestly, I'm not sure which is better anyway: faster kills or less damage. Generally, I just go with the kid. If you can swing the PP (even if by resting), I would consider using Ant's Strength and Armadillo Armor.
