Today, when I went to St. Anne Park with my game clock at 10 PM, there was no occupied footpath, just the regular unoccupied one. I double-checked and triple-checked my game clock, but it was at 10:00:00 PM,

This is (or maybe was) a feasible task. I've personally encountered every UR besides Dr. Park atleast once. Some of those encounters took over a year to find, some a few months, one in a single day of looking >.>

Are received plaudits really only for something awesome?

('Cause there's also people who just collect them, like Muh. And while Muh is awesome, collecting isn't necessarily worth a Plaudit, if it's really for awesomeness...)
