... your positronic comps with cheaper electronic ones as when you actually use the retcon portal you lose the computers in your hideout. Also, If Jetpack/ Harry set you a jetpack, make sure to take the time to build one yourself. It is kind of a right of passage.

... are still in favor of getting a code you didn't want. Personally, I just see this as a way to spend less time farming up mangled data plates on Jetpack, since I can't buy the cheap ones in the mall that my main and other alt sell.

Doesn't really qualify as a bug, but the new feature requiring Passable Pilot for jetpack and VHF isn't mentioned in the item's description. Someone is bound to take "Grants wearer the ability to fly" verbatim.

... though, causes problems like what Muh showed, and doesn't apply to 99% of cases. You have more things that you don't need to do two of on the jetpack anyways, so if anything, you're still losing clicks. It's much safer to just set it back to 1, and the most convenient in most cases.

Err, what does resetting the counter have to do with a jetpack? There's a stretch of assemblies there that require 2 of each result... the motors, servomotors, etc. So if you've got all the parts before you start building, the current counter-setting ...

Err, what does resetting the counter have to do with a jetpack? In most cases there, you're only making one each of the final parts that make it up. It doesn't really make much sense to keep the amount made there, since it's unlikely you're going to ...

Actually, resetting the counter would be kinda annoying, especially when assembling a jetpack.
Now, one switch in the assembling/welding that would be nice is a single-click way to switch from welding to assembly and vice versa, without having to go out to the workshop again.

While I do agree that a vehicle that reduces time/turn would be a good thing, I'd think it would be better made as another project build, like the jetpack... maybe a number of different parts would have to be manufactured before then using blueprints ala the computer builds? Maybe restricting it ...

... players would be able to acquire gear that won't drop from anything they could kill for another 5-6 levels... And nobody would ever build a jetpack again. So there's no reason to ever expect/believe it would ever be implementable... but the idea was still amusing enough to share.

... would be awesome . More building stuff for gadgeteers (like the positronic computer) or bonuses when using gadgets already in the game (like the jetpack) would be really cool. Maybe I'm a masochist, but I'd have happily farmed up a bunch of components to get my catalyzer working or upgrade it ...
