Re: Greasemonkey
Counting how many times you get each adventure and how many time you get each item is very similar codewise. However, I don't think anyone has even begun doing either of those two things for phpbot. I might be willing to take a look this week. ...

Okay, well, I'll have to play around with the continuous attack script some to see how it works normally, as I tend to use the autoadventure script instead, but using it as a base, I would just have it set the counters to zero when the 'start' button is clicked. Hopefully continuous ...

at the beginning of the game, your character has a LOUISVILLE SLUGGER. How come its not in our inventory?
Either make it a non-combat adventure like finding your car in the newbie zone, or have it part of the newbie equipment.

June's bounty - give me liberty or give me some hints on it
... confusion. Keep in mind that the players have to be far enough along to find/buy/earn hints, so something as basic as "click on the map to adventure" won't do them any good--if they're stuck at that point, a hint can't help. I'm sure we'll get duplicates, so huge preference will be ...

Magi, I don't suppose the upcoming adventure editor for Spore counts as game mechanics design? Sure, you're still working with the set conditions and actions and such, but you can still create mechanics from those... kinda... or something. ...

Discontinuity bug in the Go Fish, Again quest?
I think there is a slight continuity problem with the Go Fish, Again quest. I opened the Underwater Base (through the Waterline Arsenal Roundabout adventure) and did NOT adventure in the Underwater Base at all. Then I went to the Byzantine Interior of the Unborn Base and patrolled there until I ...

Not so much a bug as an inconsistency.
In the Sanatarium, the adventure "Better than a Pre-Frontal Lobotomy" gives you a bottle of pills. Unlike other non-combats that give items, there's no picture of the pill bottle next to "You find an item: bottle of pills."

Re: PFE Buffbots [NEW]
No, they don't adventure, I don't believe. At least they didn't when I ran them. Currently we have them set up, as said, to break even. We charge exactly what that amount of PP costs at the Station (plus/minus a chip to correct for buffs with equal prices.)
Plus that whole bit about recyclonizers.

... per... And give 10%, so 7000 chips for a full PP restoral. Sure, /eventually/, that'd be better. But, that also means we'd have to make the bots adventure, which I don't think they do (well, they might). Not to mention, we'd have to have actually bought recyclonizers for them, which we didn't. ...

Ah, I wasn't aware of that. Thank you.
As for the second, maybe it was just crummy luck on my part, but I was getting it like 3-5 times in a row, then I'd go a handful of turns without it and be getting it every other adventure. Ah well, it's not that big of a deal.
