Justification: So much funner to read and write than just basic stuff.
February: Dragondance Outfit - Commemorating Chinese New Years, a full-body suit.
Power: 100 (or so, assuming they take up all slots)
Grants combat skill Dragon Dance and noncombat skill Dragon Dance.
In combat, the skill does prismatic damage (damage of all types) depending on your level and how many Dragon buffs you have on you. Using this skill weakens some Dragon buff by 5-10 minutes, but can give a large time boost to one buff randomly.
When used out of combat, can temporarily boost one stat, give more drops, or give regeneration.
The kicker is that the more effects you have active, the stronger the Dragon Dance combat ability is. If you have all five effects, you should be able to one-shot most things.
The other kicker is that doing a Dragon Dance out of combat costs 5 minutes.
