Since it is Christmas time, I was wondering if we would have anything special at all. I know that this is a new game, but still, it might be nice.

Probably not for Christmas, for a couple of reasons.

1) That's when everything else is doing their holiday celebration thing, and lots of people are traveling or busy or celebrating. So another itty bitty drop in the big pool doesn't amount to much. Law of diminishing returns and all that.

2) For the most part I plan on leaving the real-world holidays to KoL. I'll have special events, but they won't be tied to normal human celebrations.

Would events generally be re-occurring or random, one-time things?

That's okay. I like robots better anyway.

Do robots have any celebrations?

My friends John and John told that they hold parades sometimes.

A little of both, probably.

I understand wanting to distance yourself from KOL, but just about every online game ever has Christmas events. I think it would be really nice.

You should replace every image in the game with a snowflake, Santa, or a snowman. Or a Menorah (however you spell that).

Yeah. I mean, obviously, you need no easter or fourth of july events, but I was just thinking that a Christmas event would be nice. Whatever you want, really.

Events like those comics special series could be nice. Imagine a team up between the poetic [beeep] and the hydrated [beeep]. Or perhaps a rogue Gadgeteer decides to help those machines and upgrade them for a while? I like the somewhat noir feelin in Twilight and a happy holiday event would somewhat spoil that...

Bender clearly fakes a Robot Hanukkah to avoid going to a bad planet. Therefore, its kinda real!
