I bought the Naturalist picture from Nocturne's Store and used it. I assumed the picture would show up in the upper right corner of my player sheet, but nothing happened. Since I was an Elemental I retconned as a Naturalist thinking ok, so maybe the picture only works if you actually are that class. Still nothing happened, and I just have the base class picture. What am I supposed to do to make my picture show up? And really I hope once the picture changes that it holds for whatever class I am playing. Thanks.

I don't think it switches automatically, you have to go to account settings, scroll down, click "select or change" link in the "manage avatars" section, choose the one you want and press the button.
You can always switch between all avatars you earned - the only one that "switches" automatically is the "default class avatar" avatar. And that's different kind of switching.
