As promised here is the second part in my diary. My goal this time around is lvl 100!

(The goals were originally lvl 76 and 5k str, but I changed it since it makes more sense to have a lvl goal... )

Day 17:
Started doing the 7-sector gamma, and blasted a whole lot of robots out of the sky. Gained a total of 26 lvls before I ran out of tnt:s and logos which caused me to stop.

I still had over 250 turns left after that so I used the remaining of my turns in the castle.

Looks like I am running dangerously low on chips, might need to sell off some castle stuff soon I think to afford the daily stuff I buy from the mall...

1) chips find: imperial diadem (7) + long arm of the law (5) + goldfinger gloves (8) + dice key-chain (20) + keen observation (30) + snout of the swine (25) + accountant (100) + nurture vs. nature (20)
total chips find: 215%
item find: isotope meter (10) + x-ray glasses (20)
total item find: 30

2) same as 1 but with hoarder instead of accountant
total chips find: 215 - 100 - 20 = 95
total item find: 30 + 50 + 10 = 90

I want to find out if my calculations are correct that at castle 1% item find gives same amount of chips as 1.5% chips find.

I feel like 100k is a lot more than I was ever getting with a similar setup. Is there something I might be doing wrong?

Are you spending 150+ turns there?
Are you selling all the drops?

Remember that I am using turkish coffee/perfectly normal brownies as sugar/coffee. Brownies aren't that good, but turkish coffee gives a lot of turns. I am selling everything except villain drops, yes. I am using over 150 turns at the moment (158, 163 so far), until my mettle runs out which will happen rather soon.

It seems like the setups are rather equal but with the chips find giving a bit more but it might just be the random factor. Tomorrow I will try with an item find setup again...

100438 chips gained: 665,15/turn

Looks like 2% chips find is indeed a little bit better than 1% item find. I would guess it is somewhere around 1,9 to 1,95 somewhere.

Of course, I bled resources like crazy (liaos, recognizers, seltzers, suspicious syringes, brewmeisters, ...). But one-hitting bots (for a couple dozen below 10k hp) was fun!
Fortunately, I was already at a stage where killing enough robots to gain a level took significantly more time than 90 minutes, so I had just barely enough sleep for work today.

The reason is most likely that you didn't spend a lot of turns gathering chips and getting badges ...

I could lvl a lot quicker as well, but I don't consider it worth the cost so I am going a bit slower to be able to kill the bots using only 3 hits.

I found some cheap Bungee lassos so I went out Tscho-tscho hunting. 13 gave me 4 liao and 6 discs with roughly 80% item find. I actually had to use animal king foolery to kill those off so it was a bit tougher than I expected.

Anyway, still using most of my turns climbing. I still need some more str to be able to 3 hit 7-sector.

I have run out of buzzing dew and brownies now as well. My diet is now oil can coffe and sweet snaps. And considering the amount of those items I got I will be using it for a while...

Day 51:
I finally have enough str to 3 hit 7-sector. I had to restore my pp first though so I spent some turns with my trident of nodens to collect logos while replenishing my pp. When my pp was full I used a liao and went to 7-sector. Killed off some robots and then had a discussion with Cris what area that gives most xp. Used up some turns in Quadrant Delta-Delta-Delta Force just to try the xp there. I realised they beat my initiative but only did like 100 hp/hit and died in 1 animal king-foolery so they might be worthwhile given enough stats. I got 3.5k xp/fight there without liao compared to 15k/fight with liao at 7-sector.

Finished off the day with some climbing.
