It's that time of the year again. The sun is out, shit is blooming. Time for a contest! During the month of April complete one no-pull, 11+-mettle run and post your results here. As usual, please let me know if you intend to participate so progress can be followed. The winner gets 4 million chips!

Current contestants:
    DresdenII
    Shiny
    Cristiona
    acidcat

"Winner" = prettiest time at the end. That is, of course, completely up to my discretion.

...

Yes, fastest. Judged first by days then time.

As a warning to would-be contestants. If there aren't at least three people interested in this thing I'm shutting it down. So far I have zero.

I'm looking forward to finishing last again. >_> Even with the Ballpark event, I finished day 3 at level 8 with all previous quests completed.

Done: 5 day run, 2d 3h 14m 0s

I might try another one later this month as a Naturalist, just to see if I can speed that up some.

5 days. 48h 51m 45s (2d 0h 51m 45s). Faster than Harry, so I'm happy.

Base run value: 5 points
Pulls: None, 5 points
Skills: Permed skills remembered, skill points only for class skills, 2 points
Food: Both caffeine and sugar, 0 points
Sidekick: Sidekick has to be recruited at level 9, 2 points
=14 mettle

Would have been faster if I hadn't wasted so much time in the Guild on the lists but...

water du lac - 17

It was totally worth it!

I'd like to play, will join in after a few more days of high level adventuring. Harry's level 50 contest has given me the rare joy of being able to win in the castle easily and see high level content.

Another run, faster for me but still pathetically slow: 5 days, 50h 56m 30s

Ok, just started my run. So confused though. Where are my computers and my beautiful equipment? Why can't I get out of Somerset?

Is this some kind of crazy bug?

Huh.

8 days 46h 7m 55s

More days, less time. Shrug.

Done.

Days This Run: 6
Time Played This Run: 1d 23h 25m 20s

More days than one of Cris' runs, more time than her other. Just all round slower.

May have been in contention for the prize if I'd gone for full diet instead of sidekick I think and been more sensible with my 3 gold foils. <Shrugs>

Still was a fun change. Thanks for the contest!
