Oh sure, we CAN figure it out on our own. But the point of the wiki, in general, is so that people who figure things out FIRST can share these things with others.

Quite cruel. You enjoy watching others twist in the wind, it seems.

Then we'll have to just agree to disagree on what 'best' amounts for, and I'll just wait for a good person to start sharing.

Useless, agreement and rationality are USELESS! This isn't the internet unless you're angrily arguing about inanities.

Well, I'm still content in my bubble where people are civil and don't withhold information cruelly.

Xylophones are not x-ray machines.

Yeah, but I'm sure MacGuyver could figure out how to jerry rig an x-ray using just a xylophone, some bubblegum, and a paperclip.

Zounds! He probably could. But he'd preach about nature while doing it, so you'd wander off before being able to see the completed product.

By the way-who was MacGuyver really? I know people always say he could fix stuff out of nothing, but how did they make that into a popular series?

'Cause Richard Dean Anderson was sexy, mostly. And, well, just a standard spy-type show. It was also mid-80's to early 90's, so it fit in nicely with other shows of the time. Like Hunter.

Don't get it. Was the television even invented in the 80s?

In case you missed it, we were discussing television in the 1980's.

Speaking of which, why are there no more Saturday morning cartoons?
Kids today are deprived of such cartoons as The Smurfs, Pandamonium, The Orbots, and Galaxy High!

Let's see. 25 days should be enough time to recover from that revelation.

Oh, wow. I'm gone for two months and we're on the same thread page as when I last posted. We need to keep up with the games!

Xmas* day! Merry Xmas*, everybody!

* Please don't get huffy about the abbreviation. "X" was often used as an abbreviation for "Christ" because the first letter of the Greek word "Christos" is chi.

You're quite allowed to use X to spell Christmas, especially for the noble cause of reviving this thread~
