i see ur able to buy HP by going to the hospital... Is there another way to get PP (other than resting in somerset) even if I have to buy it?... -Ugghhh Missing my CAPS

The Enlightenment Center at the desert is the equivalent of the hospital for PP. There are, however, more than 30 other ways to restore PP, you can find them all here.
