Well, all are in form of: What happens with [something] when I transmogrify? Mainly asking whether they are removed or not.
And list of somethings:
1) IOUs
2) additional skill points bought with IOUs
3) Precompletion Pro skill
4) sidekick (are they usable from lvl 1 or 9?)
5) Virtual Reality Gaming Center progress (Passable Pilot skill in particular)
6) unlockable zones like Rooftops of Downtown?

I think that's not all yet, but can't remember now =P

After transmogrifying?

Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing. In that order.

Now, if you have spent those skill points, they'll be gone, but if they're just sitting there, they're fine. Transmogrification mostly just sets you at level 1. Now Retcon will have effects on all sorts of things.

Think of transmogrifying as changing your class, because that's what it is. Like changing a job. It doesn't rewrite history or anything like that. You're just starting over as a class that you don't have any proficiency in.

Also want to note the upcoming retcon is a lot more like what you were asking -- in that case the world history *will* be reset for your character, and all quests can be replayed, and all zones need to be unlocked again, etc. Items will (optionally) be moved temporarily out of your reach while you replay the quests, but can be regained once you're done with the final showdown. (More on retcon in the game manual.)

I remember one more question. What about adventures that can be encountered limited times? Do counters reset with transmogrify or only will be reseted by retconing?
