Actually, that's not a bad way to look at this in more of an abstract sense.
If instead of relying on email you set yourself up some kind of intranet system that would handle bug requests and forum signups. Imagine it as a little private forum. Instead of email this stuff to yourself, you just dump it in a database. As it would not run off a que, it would always be up to date, and would allow you to flag items as resolved etc.
A final advantage to this system, is as your game expands and you add more developers to your team, you will already have a suitable bug tracking system in place, rather than having to remember to pass these reports off to appropriate people etc.
You could always segregate it to lets say, allow forum moderators to view the pending accounts page so that they could approve them etc.
