Hoping to get more involved with the community, as this game is quite addictive and enjoyable. In addition to this game addictions of choice include coffee, Monty Python, my wife (for obvious reasons), and books of all sorts.

"Looking" forward to being involved.

P.S. Yes I am blind- how do I do this? Visit http://www.serotek.com to see how. :)

Wow, that's awesome. So are you fully blind or just vision-impaired? I had a friend in high school who had massively expensive contacts that she absolutely could not see at all without, so she was considered "legally blind," even though she retained a blurred, dark semblance of vision without them. Either way, that site has an amazing cause.

And anyway, greetings fellow player. Hope you grow to enjoy the community even more.

I can't really check the Serotek site yet (time + dial up speed right now), but out of curiosity, do you type responses or use voice? It would seem more advantageous to type out whatever instead of voicing it.

For the warm welcome. I am totally blind and use System Access, a speech output program, to access the internet (and the rest of the computer for that matter). I do indeed type on a standard keyboard, I just have the computer read back what's happening on the screen for me. With this I can access everything a standard computer user can, Thunderbird, Firefox, Excell, Juice, Winamp, etc. etc.

Again thanks for the great response.

Ah, makes perfect sense. That would be optimal and accessible.

Welcome to the game and enjoy your stay. :)
