I'm level 8. Pretty pitiful. I couldn't even gain a level in one day. Tips? Hints? Spoilers?

Thanks :)

+XP/+%XP items, 4 minute turns, adventure somewhere you can generally survive, +hp/pp depending on if your class has good healing abilities or not.

In addition to the above, when you get to level 9, you will gain access to the cube. The cube is the best XP location due to a 300XP noncombat, so buff noncombat as much as you can and choose the 3rd option on Intermission (unless of course you get the 4th UR option, in which case choose that of course  )

Ok thanks I'm at like 4.42 minutes so just a few more items and skills I can get to 4 minutes.

And for the cube, I'll try to survive. Not likely I will.

There's only so much of that you can manage at level 8, though.

+foe toughness, and using direct-damage items works well. good caf/sugar helps, too.and minimize turn length as much as possible.

(I don't know if anyone has a better idea of fruitcake damage at low levels than is listed on the wiki, but they might be handy.)

Yeah thanks to all the donations I got I have plenty of Mister Tea's and fruitcakes (I think that's what they are called) I also got these items that restore 80 HP.

Thanks everyone :)
