I don't know the exact percentages of some effects or sidekicks, but I'm wearing royal crown, long arm of the law, xentrium breastplate, sticky gloves, smarty pants, sturdy boots, plastiscanner, sunglasses, judo kid gloves, ultimate aviator goggles, and switching between old-style ambulence and lexura infinides d-8. So clothes-wise, I have 36% more chips.

My buffs are feeling lucky, snout of the swine, sinus of the shark, metal detector, and air shield. my sidekick is a clockwork ant, and the daily publicist (im just).

So with the judo gloves helping my sidekick, and my buffs, clothes etc. I usually get 400-500 chips at the Cube. But today, and I kept checking, I had all my buffs, gear, and sidekicks right, I got as low as in the mid 200s. Is this right, or not?

Well, it sounds about right to me.

You're wearing roughly +40% chips, and your buffs are in a range of, say, 100-150 depending on sidekick (and leaving some fudge room so that I don't spoil it).

That's a total of +150-200%, say. Base chips drop in the cube is around 100, more or less, so with the improvements you should be getting somewhere between 250 and 300 per turn. I'd say an average around 275 isn't unreasonable. 400-500 would be way too high, though, for what you've listed.
