I have a doubt about my off hand equipment:

On the one hand the roboto shield: 43 power and 20 damage absorption
On the other hand Antique Shield: +12% to all resistances and an almost useless +8 xp per turn

damage absortion is great, probably better than the 20 power difference so...What would you choose? I´m not sure at all, I want the one that provides better defense.

Rather depends on what you're fighting. If they aren't heavily using elements, then the roboto is probably better. Especially since the DA flat out reduces physical damage by 20 points.

I can hear the protest starting already.

Cris is right, though. Damage absorption is always a great choice, unless you're fighting foes that are constantly throwing elemental damage at you.

Well, at level 18, +8XP could certainly be "useless".
