Are softwares like S.U.I.T. obtained in some special way, or do they just get dropped by enemies?

Yeah, the haiku is incredibly passé. I move for the establishing of iambic pentameter as the standard rhythmic meter of TH help & hints.

Two robot drops (mangled)
deciphered, then tangled
enabled the jetpack to fly right.
