 Post subject: 404 in the outskirts

I've been adventuring in the outskirts of area 54, and twice now, as I finish a fight, I have gotten shot right over to a 404 page. Any idea why?

Also, just because I haven't seen this anywhere else, should the 'report bug' link in-game also be used for stuff like this? Or would you prefer only major bugs through that?
