So what are your views on it?

Seems a pretty good item for spellcasters and such. Also the -15 sec is better then the exo-suit. So far so good.

I'm enjoying the extra 3 turns per day I'll get with it. I'll probably still use the Exosuit when I start transmogging again, though.

Oh man, now I really wish I hadn't bought last month's IotMs. Uh, anyone wanna trade?

How many pieces of flair am I expected to wear with it?

Mediocre, and that's putting it nicely.

It might free up design space finally to do something other than -seconds as an enchantment with future shirts. This became an issue once the xentrium breastplate was released, was glossed over with the flight suit, and maybe is finally nailed down with this shirt.

Beyond the -seconds enchantment it seems nifty to me. :)

Yeah, I really think Ryme might... I think the -time thing is going to be a design hurdle going forward, and I don't know the solution to it. Good luck with that.

What I came to say is, I demand more useless modification options. My first reaction to this was "Awesome! I can customize the shirt!" I dunno, it's such a simple, stupid thing, but it makes me happy that I can pick the letter and let others see which one I picked. I like that, and the battlecry... I dunno, it's just a lot of silly fun. I want to put my intense approval on things like that.

I feel the same way. This item is awesome. :) Does the letter on it default to the first character of your name when you buy it, or was I just so tired when I bought it, that I don't remember changing it to a 'B'? Just wondering since I see that most people have question marks on their shirts.

Yeah, it defaults to your first letter. You can enter a blank character and get the default back, if you want.

Question marks were an easter egg that I put in (I already had that image anyway), but it took far less time to discover than I would have guessed, and is far more popular than I would have guessed. Next month's IotM? I'm not going to bother with a picture, it'll just be a giant question mark.

You should make it so that instead of having one image for each letter of the alphabet, the page just uses some CSS to overlay a character over a blank shirt. That way you could have anything you want! I want a ▟ shirt, because unicode is awesome.

What's funny is that shows up as a question mark on my computer.

Oracle also displays unicode characters as question marks. Would be fun being able to put Æ, Ø or Å on the shirt.

I want Pi too, because I like Darren Aronofsky.

It's funny that bamse mentions Ø, because that's what I'd want. The problem I see, though, is having all the characters line up right, especially if somebody happens to not have the right font, then it could get all out of whack. GD to the rescue!
(Not really. That's some way-unneeded overhead.)

Let's just be happy with our incrediby dull, boring, normal letters. *sigh*

The reason I say that the issue was glossed over with the flight suit is because that deserved the -15 seconds enchantment, leaving the choice of using the breastplate with the technicolor pants vs. just the flight suit. That would have freed up this shirt to move into being more flavorful than optimal for daily use. Not so much a gripe as construction criticism...

On mine it's a square with tiny writing in it saying "259F" on 2 lines. What's it meant to be?

Awesome as the shirt is, I'm just a tad disappointed at the lack of a Halloween-themed item.

I'm not likely to do many items or events themed to the month or to real-world holidays. KoL's got a pretty good lock on that market already.

On the other hand, it's not like there's a lack of heroic items that can be tied in with the current season. Rain Man Coat, Sub-Zero Pants, Poison-tip Parasol...

I'd love a * on my shirt, what with the whole "Ryme thinking of me as *ombo" thing and all. :-D
