It's mid month and suprised that no one's made one of these threads yet.

Anywho, took a look at it, it's not great but not all that bad either.

It's great for itemfarming if you missed the Hero's Cape or need something similar to wear with one. The +8 sonic damage seems flat compared to the Cape's massive PP restore, though. *shrugs*
