Hi, I;ve been playing through from level 1 again with my alt, and the level 5 quest is.... odd.
I started on CHIPS from fairly early into level 5, begining by killing enough bots to make a pair of regular computers. between bot grinding, vip guest grinding, and decoding times i was level 7 before i even got a working swipe card.
i have not even finished the dang quest yeat, although i HAVE found the door at least, even i f i has no capo keyo.
In order to reduce the level creep somewhat, I'd sugest reducing the decrypt time on the ripped cards.
Dont get me wrong, i'm not complaining too much, cause i can see this making the next couple of quests piece of cake like in comparision to my first playthrouhg when CHIPS was not implimented.

I was a high level before this rolled out, so I can't say anything about how leveling normally goes, but I am curious as to how long it took for the cappo key to drop. It took me a really long time, and I wonder if it is just RNG screwage or if the drop rate is low. If the latter, could the rate be raised up a bit?

i have another idea instead of having to decrypt 4 riped swipe cards you have a % chance of getting the card that goes up as you decrypt more?

Meh... I don't think it's a big deal. You can spend turns elsewhere while decrypting if you don't like the location.
