I loved Treader of the Dust's sandals. Best footware in the game in my opinion, good for any class. -5 seconds with some excellent other effects.

Also for a spell slinger, the Polar star is good, but the level 70 Mirror of Nitocris is better.

Sandals and the Trident of Nodens are probably the best to get.
