It's that time of the year again. The sun is out, shit is blooming. Time for a contest! During the month of April complete one no-pull, 11+-mettle run and post your results here. Re: non-retcon contest - now in progress!

My original post on page 1 details how I adventured on a given day. The thing that seems to be missing is combat strategy, which dictated pretty much everything in the run. From levels 2 to 15 I killed everything the same way I do in retcons: firestorm. From 15 to 29, which was time spent in the cas...

True... the only reason I was doing it was ti "give back" the chips to the game through its users. Fuel the game's economy, if you will. That's awesome. Still, I don't think that's the effect that you've produced. More so it seems that you've been trading vouchers for the iotms in your st...

I think we need to hard-code in some form of referral system. I was recently referred to a game called E-sim, which is frankly not nearly as good a text-based game as this. The game gives a bonus, in the form of a currency similar to silver stars for reaching a a certain level/staying for a certain ...

I would like the ability to turn in multiple IOUs and subscription vouchers at the same time. It is incredibly tedious to go through and grab one pre-prepared skill point or one squid disc from the voucher store.

Or have a crap ton of skill points? I think Zillow is trying it now. I think that helps more in all-skills than maso, but it certainly helps a little. I'm going to give this bounty a shot after doing a proper lead-in. Or maybe I'll just do a maso lead-in. I really wanted to do a 3-day silver bounty...

I'm fairly sure it isn't. You can't every really get the -time or the combat modifiers you need in a maso run to finish that quickly. I'd say before wasting time trying a full maso, try for the fastest you can mange with no-items. A really good silver run is sub-40 hours, imo. Whirlwind is not yet ...
