Does the TH game have a join a club/guild/gang feature?

The in game links on the screen top,aren't working when I clicked on them. I can't change my equipment,or check my account settings. It took me back to the main map page. Could somebody look into this please? The odd thing is,when I checked the link in the morning,they worked ok,but now they are not...
